Go Outdoors profits halve as operating costs soar

Go Outdoors profits nearly halved last year as the business was hit with higher operating costs. The outdoor clothing and equipment retailer’s profits fell to £13m in the year to the end of January, compared to £21.5m the previous year. It grew UK store numbers from 68 to 86 during the period.
