Simon Debuts Multi-Retailer Product Search Engine Offering Mall Shoppers In-Stock Data

Simon Search, as the platform is called, is currently being tested at 29 Simon retail centers across the U.S., with a broader rollout planned for later this year. Samsung Australia fined $14 million over false water-resistance claims

Australia’s competition regulator said on Thursday a court has ordered the local unit of Samsung Electronics to pay a penalty of $14 million over misleading claims about a water-resistance feature in some of its smartphones.
