Burberry Appoints New Chief Creative Officer as Tisci Departs

Burberry has appointed Daniel Lee to the role of Chief Creative Officer starting Oct. 3, 2022. He will report to CEO Jonathan Akeroyd, who began leading the luxury brand in April 2022. Lee will replace former creative chief Riccardo Tisci , who was appointed to the role in March 2018 following his career with Givenchy from 2005 to 2017. Tisci’s departure was announced only days after the presentation of his Spring/Summer 2023 collection in London, which was his last for Burberry.
