Macy’s Announces Wage Increase, Education Benefit Program

Macy’s (New York) announced it plans to raise its minimum pay to $15 an hour by May 2022, Bloomberg reports. The department store retailer also plans to create an education benefit program in partnership with Guild Education, which aims to cover workers’ books and tuition costs as well as other related fees.
