An Amazon warehouse in Castleton, N.Y. is the latest of the ecommerce giant’s to seek unionization, according to the National Labor Relations Board. The Amazon Labor Union, which led one successful and one unsuccessful unionization push at Staten Island, N.Y. warehouses earlier in 2022, filed the petition. Frasers Group is set to acquire Australian-based fashion marketplace MySale, launching a bid for the 71.3 per cent of the company’s share it does not already own. The offer values the shares not already held by Frasers at around $23.47 million. Founded in 2007, MySale currently operates retail websites in four markets – Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia – with its sites Oz/Sale, NZ/Sale, My/Sale and Sing/Sale.

One year after Kohl’s and Sephora launched their Sephora at Kohl’s shop-in-shop collaboration, the retailers plan to roll out the successful concept to all 1,100 Kohl’s locations. Currently available in 600 Kohl’s stores across the U.S., the partnership is projected to reach $2 billion in annual sales by 2025. Kohl’s reports that customers who shop the Sephora space are shopping across the store, with approximately half adding at least one additional category to their purchases.
A new rule by the Food and Drug Administration allows hearing aids to be sold over-the-counter with no prescription needed. “The FDA estimates this rule will save consumers on the order of about $1,400 per individual hearing aid or over $2,800 per pair,” Brian Deese, director of the National Economic Council.
