We do a lot throughout the US – we’re always doing events – but our focus is San Diego because it’s the location of our community. We didn’t plan on opening an office, but our first US team member has been here for almost two years. JD: We don’t have any concrete plans yet, but we will.

Jim Sullivan has been promoted to senior vice president of store operations with responsibility for more than 8,000 locations across the northern half of the United States. He joined the company in 2003 as a regional director and has held roles of increasing responsibility including divisional vice president of two divisions.
