It was the third month in a row that physical stores recorded sales of at least 98.4 percent of the comparable period year-over-year, by far the best string of relative three-month performance in over five years (May, June and July of 2018 saw sales decreases, as measured year-over-year of -2.6, -3 and -2.1 percent respectively).
