The two Bedfordshire shops, known as Molly’s Stores, have been with Nisa for 15 years.
One, in St Dominic’s Square, has already switched to Morrisons Daily, while the second, in Ravenshill Way, is set to do so in the next couple of weeks.
Owner Holly Patel said: “We made the decision to leave last June, but it took a while for us to decide what the best alternative was and we decided on Morrisons.
“So far it has worked out really well, so we are very happy with our decision.”
Morrisons has about 500 Morrisons Daily stores around the country and is known to be working hard on expanding the franchise element within this.
Other leading independent retailers who have decided to link up with Morrisons Daily include Guy Warner, Steve Bassett, Harj Dhasee and Alex Kapadia.
