Matalan has announced the introduction of 10 new third-party fashion brands to its online store. This expansion is part of the company’s strategy to enhance its online shopping experience by offering a wider variety of clothing and footwear options.

The newly added brands to Matalan’s online platform include Quiz, Pink Vanilla, Blue Vanilla, Roman, Yumi, Mela London, Where’s that From, Izabel, Brand Threads, and Toe Zone. These brands are set to join Matalan’s diverse collection of existing third-party brands and its in-house lines, broadening the range of choices for customers.

Matalan’s initiative to include these brands is driven by a commitment to providing a blend of affordability, quality, and style. The introduction of these new brands is aimed at catering to a more diverse customer base, meeting various style preferences and size requirements, including plus-size options. This move is indicative of Matalan’s ongoing efforts to evolve its product offerings in line with customer needs and preferences.

Matalan is not only focused on expanding its fashion range but is also enhancing its homeware collection. Plans are underway to augment its Nursery & Baby, Seasonal & Outdoor, and Gifting ranges, in addition to strengthening its bedding and home furnishing categories.

Since the inception of third-party brands on its platform in September of the previous year, Matalan has shown a keen ability to respond to customer preferences, quickly extending and updating its ranges accordingly. Celebrity collections such as Vogue Williams for Little Mistress and Jac Jossa, Gemma Atkinson, Stacey Solomon, and Jess Millichamp for In The Style have seen significant success, with some styles selling out rapidly.
