Landlord says it hasn’t talked with Amazon about billboard on Macy’s flagship

Kaufman Realty, which is the landlord for Macy’s Herald Square flagship store, says it hasn’t had any “communication or negotiations” with Amazon.com about a planned billboard by the retail and tech giant on the property. Macy’s is taking Kaufman to court over an alleged violation of the lease arrangement between the two parties.
