Senate to vote on subpoena for Starbucks CEO

Sen. Bernie Sanders said that the Senate’s Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions committee would vote on March 8 on whether to issue a subpoena for Howard Schultz. Starbucks’ interim CEO has declined to appear in front of the committee to address questions about the coffee giant’s union-busting activities. Starbucks has maintained that Mr. Schultz is not involved in union matters.
