Federal judge tells Amazon to improve warehouse worker safety

Amazon.com sued Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries, saying the state agency violated its due process rights by requiring it to change a warehouse’s operations while the company appealed the directive. A federal judge in Seattle ruled against Amazon, leaving the company with little choice but to make the changes ordered.
