Amazon worker chat app would ban words like ‘pay raise’ and ‘union’

Amazon.com will block employee posts on a planned internal messaging app that contain any words associated with labor unions. The messaging app is part of a social program called “Shout-Outs” designed to make the workplace more fun and rewarding.
