Victoria Place in Woking, co-owned by Woking Borough Council and Moyallen Group, has announced the signing of Moss Bros. and Skechers, with both brands set to open later this spring.

Opening on Henry Plaza, which forms part of the £700 million redevelopment of Woking town centre, Moss Bros., will occupy a 2742 sq ft boutique stocking its full collection of versatile clothing, footwear and accessories.  This includes its specialist collection of suits for every occasion and recently launched casualwear range, as well as exclusive collaborations such as Moss Bros. x Fred Sirieix.  Enhancing the town centre’s premium retail offering, Moss Bros. Woking will also debut a new store concept as the brand gears up for further site openings throughout the year.

Joining Moss Bros. on Henry Plaza is Skechers, the athletic footwear and apparel brand.  Skechers 5,000 sq ft Woking store will offer shoppers 700 different styles of lifestyle and performance footwear for men, women and children, as well as various fashion items.  These include the latest athletic, casual and fashion sneakers as well as stylish sandals and boots, all selected under Skechers’ ethos of quality, innovation, and comfort.

Moss Bros. and Skechers will be joined by three leading F&B brands following the signing of itsu, the Asian healthy fast food restaurant, GAIL’s, the artisanal bakery and café, and independent Surrey-based cocktail bar, Komo.  In addition, national gym chain, The Gym Group, is to open an 11,500 sq ft gym in the Peacocks, which forms part of Victoria Place.  The Gym Group Woking will form the town centre’s first dedicated active leisure offer, providing visitors and residents alike affordable and flexible fitness options.

Together, the six brands further diversify the offer in Woking town centre, which is fast gaining recognition among brands as a key opportunity location in the South East.

The news follows the recent opening of Italian restaurant, Luciano’s, and the independent sister brands, The Tea Terrace Restaurant & Tea Room and Ol’ West Grill & Diner.
