There is no end in sight for rising grocery prices, which have spiked 2.6 percent in the past year, as rising consumer demand, crop-adverse weather and COVID-19-related supply chain issues have come together to create inflationary conditions. Packaging prices have also increased, with commodities such as aluminum also moving upward.
