Rally House (Lenexa, Kan.) says it has grown by a total of 45-plus stores this year and plans to keep that momentum going, with several new locales planned for coming months. Announced openings for early 2023 include three in Oklahoma (in Moore, Broken Arrow and Edmond); Ballwin, Mo.; and Ames, Iowa.

This year, the fanbase-oriented chain has entered several new markets, including Omaha, Neb.; South Bend, Ind.; Columbus, Ohio; and Louisville, Ky. In addition, the retailer bolstered its presence with added stores in its current markets, such as Kansas City, Chicago, Philadelphia, Cincinnati and Dallas-Fort Worth.

Beyond that, The Rally House opened several new superstores close to major universities, including Rally House College Mall near Indiana University and Rally House Texas Avenue Crossing next to Texas A&M University.

What’s the chain’s appeal? “Each time you visit a Rally House store, you’ll find a dedicated staff that strives to deliver only the best customer service and a fun, welcoming environment…,” the retailer says in a blog on its website. “Another factor propelling us to the top is that each store stocks a unique, hand-picked selection of pro and college teams depending on the fanbase in that area, including NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and MLS gear. Additionally, every store offers local apparel and gifts inspired by area attractions, businesses and themes.”

The company currently has about 140 stores in 14 states.
