Customs seizing imports tied to force labor

U.S. Customers and Border Protection have seized goods valued at $961 million tied to forced labor. The seizures are connected with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), prohibiting imports from China’s Xinjiang region, which has been tied to human rights abuses of the Uyghurs and other Muslims.
