US chain Graze Craze makes Australian debut

US-based Starpoint Brands, part of the United Franchise Group, has opened the first Graze Craze business in Australia. The first outlet for the charcuterie and grazing board franchise is in St Ives, in Sydney.

The business offers various sizes of charcuterie boards and boxes that can be customised to suit any event.

Timothy Smith, managing director of Starpoint Brands Australia said the feedback from the market has been “extremely positive”.

“Australians love communal style dining experiences shared with friends and family. The whole social aspect of how our charcuterie boards are shared means Graze Craze is perfect for corporate networking events, weddings, private gatherings, celebrations and even romantic picnics for two,” he said.

Aussies also have a growing obsession with positive health and well-being, he added.

“Our menu has various options that cater for special dietary requirements such as keto-friendly grazing boards as well as gluten-free and vegetarian options.

“We have strategic goals for expanding the network initially in NSW before then opening up the opportunity across the country. “
