Americans are ready to decorate for Halloween and Christmas

Americans spent record amounts of money last year to decorate their homes for the fall and winter holidays as the novel coronavirus pandemic restricted so many normal aspects of celebrating. Based on early results from Home Depot, it appears as though the enthusiasm for decorating hasn’t waned. The retailer announced that an early release of its Halloween items sold out “almost immediately” after going on sale.
