Employers find young workers are more open to unions

Seventy-seven percent of adults between 18 and 34 have a favorable view of labor unions, according to Gallup data. Younger workers are behind the unionizing efforts at Starbucks where two stores have voted for representation and and more than 30 have petitioned the National Labor Relations Board to have a vote.
