Companies are taking different approaches to get employees to return to offices, at least part of the time. Salesforce recently offered to make a $10 charitable donation per day for remote workers who came into the office during a 10-day period. Google, on the other hand, is cautioning that performance reviews may take into account unexplained absences from the office.
