Individuals who work 55 hours a week or more may be at greater risk of suffering heart attacks and strokes than others who spend fewer hours working. A new report from the World Health Organization and the International Labour Organization found that in 2016 that 347,000 died from heart disease and 398,000 from strokes. One thing these individuals held in common is that they all worked at least 55 hours a week.
