New Zealand’s New Image buys Nutrimetics

Heath and nutritional products manufacturer New Image Group has acquired skincare brand Nutrimetics from US-headquartered Tupperware Brands Corporation for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition includes Nutrimetics’ businesses across Australia, New Zealand and France as well as Nutrimetics Manufacturing. Founder and chairman of the privately-owned New Image Group, Graeme Clegg, said Nutrimetics is a “natural fit” for the company.

Lululemon Expands to Spain With Two Stores and Country’s Own Website
