This expansion brings the platform’s coverage to over 500 individual Goodwill stores. The platform, created by a group of Goodwill members, allows stores to directly engage with online customers and leverage analytics for sales growth, catering to a rising demand for secondhand items, especially among younger consumers and those prioritizing sustainability.
