Target Joins Coalition Aimed at Creating New Opportunities for Black Americans

Target has become a founding member of OneTen , a coalition of 37 companies that aim to train, hire and advance 1 million Black Americans who lack a four-year college degree. The organization’s 10-year goal will be to move them into family-sustaining jobs with opportunities for advancement. Target also plans to make a financial contribution to OneTen and create sustainable new jobs internally over the next three to four years.
