Authentic Brands, Owner of Forever 21 and JCPenney, Files for IPO

Authentic Brands Group (ABG) — which has made a name for itself by scooping up bankrupt retail brands such as Forever 21 , JCPenney , Aéropostale and Brooks Brothers and bringing them back to life through licensing — is planning to go public. The company said in a prospectus filed July 6, 2021, that it plans to sell $100 million worth of stock, but that is a placeholder amount and will likely change.

The Iconic’s same-day Saturday delivery caters to locked-down Sydney

Online fashion marketplace The Iconic has launched a same-day delivery service on Saturdays in response to the extended lockdown in Sydney. According to the business Sydneysiders can now place orders for same-day delivery up to 2 pm on a Saturday, and it will be delivered later in the evening between 5 and 9 pm. And, customers in Sydney will be able to get free express delivery on all orders which are worth more than $50, and will enjoy free 60-day extended returns.
