Nestle raises prices and sees volume slip in latest quarter

Nestle raised prices by 9.8 percent in the first quarter helping the consumer packaged goods giant report a 5.6 percent revenue gain. Product volume sales were down 0.5 percent during the quarter. Nestle raised prices by 8.2 percent in 2022 and volume increased 0.1 percent.
