New York City Launches Online Grocery Marketplace For Marginalized Neighborhoods

New York City has selected Mercato to serve as an e-Commerce marketplace that will connect underserved communities with local grocery stores. The partnerships will let select shops in each of the five boroughs begin offering their inventory online and via local delivery, a functionality they didn’t previously have. The arrangement will let shoppers order from several stores at once within each neighborhood.

New York clothing store Nanamica is designed like a Japanese house

Woodwork form the frame of a gabled house inside this clothing store in New York designed by Japanese architect Taichi Kuma. Tokyo-based Kuma designed the store cn the city's Soho neighbourhood for Japanese clothing brand Nanamica. Large mirrors reflect the gabled structure. Marking its second outpost following another in Tokyo, the store was designed to draw on the brand's Nanamica, which means house of seven seas.

Walmart, Oracle Receive Tentative Approval For 20% Stake In TikTok Global

Walmart has launched Free Assembly , a men’s and women’s private label apparel line with items priced from $9 to $45. Designed by an in-house Walmart team, the line includes 30 items for women and 25 for men, and includes “wardrobe staples that are easy to mix, layer and assemble freely,” wrote Denise Incandela, SVP Women’s Group, Elevated and Online Brands at Walmart in a blog post.

DSW Shop-In-Shops Step Into 6 Hy-Vee Supermarkets
