Inflation not expected to dampen Halloween plans or spending

Sixty-nine percent of Americans plan to celebrate Halloween this year, up from 65 percent in 2021, according to the National Retail Federation. That will translate into $10.6 billion being spent on the holiday, up from $10.1 billion last year.
