Kimco Signs Leases Totaling 50,133 Square Feet at Shopping Centers in California Bay Area

Jericho, N.Y. — Kimco Realty has signed leases totaling 50,133 square feet with 15 new tenants at 12 of its shopping centers located throughout the Bay Area in California.  Round Table Pizza and The Best Sandwiches now occupy 1,425 and 1,376 square feet, respectively, at Stevens Creek Central in San Jose. Viewpoint Interiors has opened a 1,100-square-foot store at Lakewood Village in Windsor, and Wingstop has opened a 1,560-square restaurant at Fulton Marketplace in Santa Rosa. In San Leadro, Removery has occupied an 1,800-square-foot space next to Foot Locker at Fashion Faire Place, and Las Montañas Supermarket has opened a 22,334-square-foot store at Creekside Center in Hayward. Early next year, Yasumi Japanese Ramen will open a 1,634-square-foot restaurant at Novato Fair Shopping Center in Novato, and Munchies will open within a 975-square-foot space at Monterey Plaza in San Jose. The Joint Chiropractic has signed leases totaling 1,343 and 1,500 square feet at Greenhouse Marketplace in Leandro and Plaza 580 Shopping Center in Livermore. Xfinity has also joined Plaza 580, opening a 2,500-square-foot store last month. Air Moore Salon will open a 1,630-square-foot salon next month at Cupertino Village in Cupertino, and Ike’s Love & Sandwiches and Pho Mama will occupy 1,131 and 2,083 square feet, respectively, at Gateway Plaza in Fremont beginning next year. Din Din Dumpling House will also open next year within a 7,742-square-foot space at Fremont Hub in Fremont.
