7-Eleven Launches Latest Hiring Push With Goal of Adding 60,000 Workers

7-Eleven , Speedway and Stripes will host a National Hiring Event on May 3 across more than 13,000 stores in the U.S. and Canada, with the goal of collectively onboarding 60,000 employees. The retailers are looking for both associate and management positions inside the store as well as support roles, numerous IT positions and maintenance technicians, and will be offering same-day interviews and on-the-spot job offers for store-level applicants.

Kogan’s gross sales decline during third quarter

Online retailer Kogan says consumer demand did not meet its expectations amid challenging market conditions during the third quarter, resulting in an increased inventory after a decline in sales. In a trading update, the business said its gross sales fell 3.8 per cent to $262.1 million with Kogan Marketplace contributing $78 million in this quarter.
