Nestle reduces its stake in L’Oreal

Nestle said yesterday that it would cut its stake in L’Oreal by about 20 percent ($10 billion). The consumer brands giant will own 20.1 percent of L’Oreal, down from 23.3 percent, once the sale of the stock is completed.
