Recall issued for ground beef sold by Albertsons, Kroger, Walmart and WinCo

More than 28,000 pounds of ground beef processed by Interstate Meat Dist. Inc. of Clackamas, OR, is being recalled over concerns it may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products were sold under the private labels of grocers including Albertsons, Kroger, Walmart and WinCo Foods in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
