Blue Bell, the Texas-based creamery known for its delicious ice creams, has just introduced a new flavor that might be bound for success. It’s called Gooey Butter Cake, and it takes inspiration from the famous cake originating from St. Louis.

What makes this flavor stand out? The new ice cream flavor is described as having “a Cake Batter Ice Cream base with a cream cheese swirl and pieces of gooey butter cake.”

This new ice cream treat isn’t just for Texans. While Blue Bell’s headquarters is in Brenham, the company is spreading its delicious creations far and wide. The release of Gooey Butter Cake coincides with Blue Bell’s expansion into St. Louis stores, making it available to even more eager dessert enthusiasts.
