Wired reports that Temu sellers have replicated product photos, descriptions, and keywords from original Amazon listings, often selling the products at lower prices. Requests to have the listings removed have reportedly been met with silence from Temu, and several lawsuits have been filed alleging copyright and trademark violations by Temu and its sellers.
