FDA advisers vote to make birth control pill available over-the-counter

Advisers to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) voted unanimously to support the sale of the Opill birth control medication over the counter (OTC). Opill would become the first oral contraceptive approved for OTC sale in the U.S. if the FDA approves it.
