Starbucks is said to be evaluating the value of communicating on Facebook as its social media team tries to keep up with hateful posts on its page. The company has found that it is greeted with hate speech and other incendiary responses anytime it posts on topics related to social issues, such as the murder of George Floyd, anti-Asian violence, sexual orientation issues and climate change.
