Walmart uses AI to inform its security analysts

Walmart has used artificial intelligence technology to find patterns and make sense of the trillions of pieces of data it generates every year. “There’s scale, and then there’s Walmart scale,” said Rob Duhart, Walmart’s deputy chief information security officer. Walmart, which has developed some AI tools in-house, is also looking at generative AI systems to see if it can help them better analyze data using conversational queries.
