Wendy’s lets its red hair go gray
August 29, 2022
Wendy’s in Canada has changed the hair color on its logo to gray in support of Lisa LaFlamme, 58, a news broadcaster who worked more than 30 years as a reporter and news anchor for CTV National News. Ms. LaFlamme, who chose to let her hair go gray during the pandemic, said she was “blindsided” after being told by the news organization that it would not renew her contract. Wendy’s has been joined by other brands, including Dove, in showing support for Ms. LaFlamme.
