Discounters Ross Stores and TJX Companies are reporting that shoppers are returning to stores as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and a growing percentage of Americans get vaccinated against the virus. “Our business model now resonates more than it even did pre-Covid,” said TJX CEO Ernie Herrman.
