David Jones launches exclusive swim shorts, celebrating its 185th anniversary

David Jones has partnered with Vacay Swimwear to launch limited-edition swim shorts, as part of the celebration for its 185th anniversary. 

The range, which features David Jones’ houndstooth print, is available now in-store and online, exclusively at David Jones, for $89. 

“As one of our pillar brands, Vacay has been on an incredible growth trajectory with David Jones for the past 3 years, so it was a given that we work with them on this momentous occasion to create some limited-edition products for our customers,” said Blair Withers, David Jones senior buyer. 

“This exclusive offering features a pair of timeless houndstooth swim shorts and hat and will be available for purchase in stores and online from mid-October.” 

Vacay Swimwear has become one of the number one men’s swimwear brands at David Jones since its introduction three years ago. 

David Jones was anticipated to cut up to 100 employees in August as its department store operations were examined under the new owner.
