(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — Nemo Tile + Stone, a New York City-based provider of surface materials, has announced the opening of its new contractor warehouse and showroom in Woburn, Mass.

Located right outside of Boston proper, where Nemo Tile + Stone opened its first Massachusetts-based showroom in 2019, the expansive 5,300-sq.-ft. warehouse and 1,500-sq.-ft. contract-specific showroom are outfitted to service the 100-year old company’s clientele in the greater Boston area.

Streamlined in concept, the warehouse will house Nemo Tile + Stone’s portfolio of surfacing materials, while the adjacent showroom will be stocked with visual assets, such as tile boards showcasing floor and wall tile, along with dealer displays to best highlight the products available.

To enhance the purchasing experience, a contractor counter was made central to the space and is stocked with construction implementation products from industry-leading brands such as Schulter and Laticrete, a provider of green flooring and façade materials. The entire Laticrete line will be available and on site, which includes thinset, grout, sealers, radiant heat, waterproofing, cleaner and caulk.

“We look forward to opening our doors in Woburn to support and expand our existing New England presence,” says Matt Karlin, president of Nemo Tile + Stone. “The space and location are designed with our clients in mind and aim to fulfill product orders at every level, from implementation tools to materials at large.”

The new location aims to provide a one-stop shop for contractors. Starting May 1, the new space will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, and is located directly off of Route 95.
