Giant Eagle interim CEO Bill Artman says the grocer has “to get better” to win back customers who have left it to shop at Walmart and other stores. The chain has recently cut the prices on 800 items as part of its “Price Lock” promotion running through Aug. 9. It also brought back its printed circular this week.
