Loblaw to spend $1.5 billion to expand in Canada

Loblaw Companies intends to spend $1.5 billion and create more than 6,000 new jobs in construction, retail, supply chain and technology as it grows its operations in Canada. The grocer plans to open, relocate or renovate 38 stores and renovate or convert around 600 others.
