Wholesaler urges retailers to stock up on stocking fillers

Leading confectionery wholesaler, Hancocks is encouraging retailers to think about the last minute sweet purchases their customers may make ahead of Christmas celebrations.

Among the products they suggest are Gummi Pop Surprise, a My Little Pony range of Pez and Sweet Bandit Galaxy Gum Tape.

The new Gummi Pop Surprise novelty sweet makes for a fun stocking filler and is expected to be really popular amongst children due to its collectability factor.

This sweet is branded as the ultimate toy and candy experience and is available in two versions, Unicorn Pets and Motorz, both with an RRP of £3.

The new My Little Pony Pez will be a popular choice for parents looking for stocking fillers for young children, according to Hancocks.
The fun confectionery product gives the little ones three characters to collect, Izzy Moonbow, Pipp Petals & Sunny Starscout, with a RRP of £1.75 per unit.

The retailer can buy packs of 12 for £11.73 (excl: VAT).

Sweet Bandit Galaxy Gum Tape is described by the wholesaler as the perfect budget stocking filler. Available in two flavours, strawberry and blue raspberry, these bubble gum rolls are the ideal size and price as extra Christmas treats.

The Bonds Christmas Mallow Pops make a lovely stocking filler for children of all ages. The lollies are available in four festive characters – Santa, Snowman, Elf and Penguin.
