Retail credit card holders are paying record high interest rates

The average retail credit card rate has risen to a record 26.72 percent, according to a study by Creditcards.com. There are 24 cards on the market that now charge 30 percent interest on purchases. Retailers including Burlington, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Wayfair all have cards charging 30 percent.
