A large number of retailers and brands are looking for new CEOs, including Adidas, Calvin Klein, Designer Brands, Puma, The RealReal, Rite Aid, Stitch Fix and VF. Tenure among CEOs at the top 1,000 U.S. companies fell to 6.9 years, down from eight in 2017, according to Korn Ferry.
