Sterling Jewelers settles 2008 sexual bias case

Sterling Jewelers has agreed to pay $125 million to settle a sexual bias case that alleged the chain discriminated in pay and promotions against female retail sales workers. The settlement, which covers around 68,000 workers, was filed in 2008.
