Bear encourage outdoor adventures with Go Ape promotion

Fruit snacking brand Bear is running an on-pack promotion with Go Ape.

The partnership sees shoppers in with the chance of winning tickets to a Go Ape activity or a Bear and Go Ape adventure kit with every purchase of Bear yoyos multi-packs and singles respectively.

The adventure kits contain a branded backpack, water bottle, activity booklet and a free multi-pack of Bear yoyos.

The partnership between the two brands will “help drive sales among new and existing family shoppers”.

Bear said 34% of parents are concerned that their children are not getting enough fruit and vegetables, “showcasing a demand for fun options such as Bear yoyos”.

Jo Agnew, marketing director at brand owner Urban Fresh Foods, said: “Bear yoyos are a great family product to fuel adventure and with the Covid-19 restrictions set to continue to ease this summer, outdoor activity is deemed a safer way to socialise.

“There is no better time for us to encourage families to ‘find their adventure’ and purchase one of our Bear yoyo products to be in with the chance of winning a Go Ape adventure, as well as other prizes.

“There are 34 locations of Go Ape across England, Scotland and Wales, which will make the promotion widely accessible to consumers, driving trial and encouraging purchase for retailers.”
