Kestrel beer unveils summer marketing plans

Scottish lager brand Kestrel has kicked off a summer advertising campaign.

The “Brewed for the Bold” campaign launched last week with an advert during the England vs Scotland Euro 2020 match on 18 June and will now run across video-on-demand channel STV player, social media and digital platforms and print media throughout the summer.

The campaign also supports the “Flying Kestrel” project, the restoration of a 1935 Riley Kestrel car, which is being documented in a programme series on streaming service Insight TV.

The brand is also being supported by a multi-million pound marketing campaign to attract younger shoppers, as premium value craft beers “continue to see growth with millennials and Gen Zs as they become more focused on sustainability and traceability”.
